Being our first major product with our lighting company we were naturally anxious/concerned about the whole pre/compliance process, but Sam was very clear and concise, and extremely helpful, and led us all the way. They were brilliant with our conductive and emissions testing for three of our products. Excellent communication and fast turn around. I just wish they offered more services, hopefully they will in the future.

At first, I was a little afraid to buy a service online, its a new approach and I wasn’t too sure about it. I have to say though, I am really glad I did.

EMC Testing services are fantastic, they were very good at answering my questions and I got my product tested with a full test report within 4 working days since they received it. The whole process was easy to follow and they did not use any terms that I did not understand. Furthermore their website helped me understand the services my product needed, I wasn’t buying anything that I did not need, which has happened to me in the past.

I can now get my product DoC done with confidence and will definitely use again.
