If you change your mind after purchase you will be entitled to a full refund before any products are shipped to us and before any testing dates are scheduled. Once products are received and a testing date is given you shall receive a partial refund in line with below depending on notice:

EMC Testing Services reserves the right to apply the following charges should it be necessary to cancel a booking and a testing date has already been given. The cancellation notice is from the date EMC Testing Services gives to you regarding when testing will start.

If any testing has commenced you will not be able to get a refund for that service. However, other services that have not started will be partially refundable with there above table.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for shipping to return the item back to you on cancellation. Any shipping costs you have incurred are non-refundable.
